Welcome to Nursing StationThese Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. User Roles

Our Service supports multiple types of users:

• Patients: Can search for and book nurses for caregiving services by selecting time slots and specifying care requirements.
• Nurses: Can register, create and maintain profiles, set availability, receive booking notifications and provide services to patients.
• Medical Students: May be granted access for training, supervised practice sessions, or academic purposes where applicable and authorized.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a nurse or patient on the platform.
• Nurses must provide accurate and verifiable qualifications, certifications, license numbers, and identity details.
• Patients must provide truthful and complete health-related information to ensure safe and appropriate care.

3. Booking & Payments

• Patients may book available nurses based on listed schedules and service descriptions.
• Payment terms (for example, upfront, on completion, or subscription) and total charges will be displayed prior to booking.
• Cancellation and rescheduling must follow the platform’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

4. Responsibilities

• Nurses: Must provide professional, ethical and safe caregiving services in accordance with applicable laws and clinical standards.
• Patients: Must provide accurate medical history, relevant condition details and follow care instructions provided by nurses.
• Platform (Nursing Station): Acts solely as a facilitator that connects patients and nurses. We are not a hospital or direct healthcare provider and do not practice medicine.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Nursing Station does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment; nurses are independent professionals.
• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions or performance of nurses. Any disputes between patients and nurses should be resolved directly; we may assist in mediation where appropriate.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or results arising from the provision of services by independent nurses, except where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (e.g., hacking, scraping, or distributing malware).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove content if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or otherwise misuses the Service. Termination does not limit other remedies we may have under law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, in-app notification or email) and update the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for disputes arising from the Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
